This was my first Thai drama and it exceeded my expectation lol. I didn't know what to watch with my mom at first since she fin most of the K dramas ( -.- ) until I came across the MV of this thai drama. (fyi, I love to explore good MVs and OSTs when I'm bored)
We were both doubtful watching the first episode. The two main leads looked "korean-like" in some way but the fact that they were actually speaking Thai was really distractive. Me and mom were so used to oppa, saranghae, annyeong...that's why we felt kinda awkward when there're lotsa 'kaap, kahhh, khun, nong hahahhahahha.
Mom couldn't stop laughing when she saw the main actor wearing a blazer. "泰国不是很热的咩哈哈哈热死他” “神经啊在泰国穿到酱” XDD. Oh ya, there're also moments when we felt like "ahhh, so this really is a thai drama" coz there're so many gay ppl in that drama lololol 泰国戏就是不一样。
We quite like the storyline, it's abt a girl who dreams to become a superstar coincidentally met a real superstar and they stayed tgt for some reason and you know what comes next ;) (if you're thinking abt full house, nope) The atmosphere was generally cute and light but it became more intense at the end as it revealed some of the ugly truths abt entertainment circle, still funny though.
Overall I would say it's a good drama especially if you wanna look for something new and refreshing hahah.
It's good to be home. That moment when I saw my family waiting at the arrival place with a 'Welcome home' helium balloon and a super mega big card made by my sis and mom, my eyes went teary but I managed to hold it in.
The first food I had in Malaysia was 黄酒鸡, not the best but there's nothing much left out there arrd 3-4pm. Reached home just to find out that my 二姨 was already waiting outside the house. Had a long nap with dad, he's being clingy the whole day hahahahhahhahaha :3 cousin's daughter woke me up, and lol, many relatives came to our house, what a pleasant surprise X) They went back to Johor ytd.
I was frustrated at myself for not remembering where I put my IC and driving license, they could still be in Ireland arghhhh so annoying. I couldn't even rmb if I had brought them along or not (probably yes since I still couldn't find them, idiot -.-).
I'm now a phoneless person unless I get a sim card that fits into my iphone 4s, the one that I used to have was too small. Aiks dunno when dad's free. Thanks to the laptop, at least I can still contact ppl using facebook lol.
